Manel Torres, a Spanish designer who later became a physicist, is the creative force behind the Coperni brand. He gained recognition as "The Chemist Tailor" for his creation of Fabrican, an innovative spray-on fabric made of polymers, additives, and fibres. Upon contact with air, the liquid transforms into a solid, non-woven material.

Sustainable ?
This fabric is based on a mixture of non-woven fibres and biopolymers (a material of organic origin), diluted in a solvent to take a liquid form. Once in contact with the skin, these solvents evaporate, and the solution becomes fabric. In fact, the part it constitutes can be washable, reusable and recyclable. It may be able to replace some fabrics or leather that come from animals.
